EMANUEL M. ALEXIOU Barrister-at law, is a member of the Bar
of England and Wales, The Commonwealth of the Bahamas and
the Bar of the Turks and Caicos Islands. He is Senior Partner of
Alexiou, Knowles & Co.; Director of Banque Privee Edmund de
Rothschild Bahamas; Director of Hang Seng Bahamas Limited;
Director of Hang Seng Bank & Trust (Bahamas) Limited; Vice-
Chairman of the Board of Colina; and Director of CFAL.
ANTHONY FERGUSON CFA, Financial Analyst and Investment
Advisor, is President of CFAL and a Director of Colina,
CGIA and The Nassau Guardian (1844) Limited. He is former
Director of the National Insurance Board and Past President of
the Bahamas Society of Financial Analysts. He is a member of
the Association for Investment Management & Research, and the
Chartered Market Technicians Association.
JAMES SMITH former member of the Bahamas Senate and
Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance, is Chairman of CFAL.
Widely acknowledged as a leading expert on monetary policies
and financial services, he has served as the countrys ambassador
for Trade in the Office of the Prime Minister the Governor of the
Central Bank of The Bahamas for 10 years; and Chairman of the
Negotiating Group on Services in the Free Trade Areas of the
Americas (FTAA) process. Mr. Smith has served as Chairman
of the Bahamas Maritime Authority, The Paradise Island Bridge
Company and The Bahamas Development Bank. He has been
a member of the Board of Directors of many public and private
companies including the Bahamas Stock Exchange. |
